An opportunity for brands, private groups and bespoke gatherings to think outside the box and swap the ordinary for the extraordinary. These are outdoor dining experiences, featuring imaginative menus, served at bespoke locations. We have a handful of location partners where we can be wild and free. Surrounded by nature, who allow a big fire and have a good vibe. 

Wouter creates menus that are guided by the seasons and enriched with locally found ingredients that have a really good story to share.  He excites and delights with his creative take on flavours, taste and textures, a summary from all his travels. 
Whether an open fire on a remote beach or a wild forest, a mountain lodge or a penthouse rooftop, if you’re planning an outdoor experience, we want to fuel you and provide that extra wow factor. We can and love to cook from anywhere, be it a full-blown open fire, a compact expedition stove or a traditional Big Green Egg. However simple, we make it magical with a mobile kitchen. It’s in our DNA to be different.
