Our open fire experiences bring groups together for shared, interactive cooking experiences… a chance to celebrate good food amongst good company. To get back to basics and savour quality, seasonal ingredients, locally sourced, lovingly cooked and shared in community.
Not all classrooms have four walls. Our open fire experiences are an invitation to get up close, ask questions, cook and create. With our farm-to-fire approach and inspired menus, we work on open fire pits, where we grill, smoke, burn, learn and grow. The learning is in the doing, getting the hards dirty. The joy is in the eating and sharing on long dining tables ... chefs table style. The food you’ve created does all the talking.
These cooking experiences create space to slow down and connect. We all need this, today more than ever before. An escape from schedules, spreadsheets and social feeds. In their place, good cooking, good conversation and good company. An opportunity to relax and replenish, to create memories that matter.
